Excellence: Every Student, Every Time
This lecture is based on our 2025 Gym wide theme. It is the theory on how to go above an beyond. The things we do as instructors MATTER. From creating relationships to recognizing fear. Understanding that what we are doing is way more than teaching gymnastics.
I will be giving tangible things to do as an instructor – ideas for recogniztion programs and also things as basic as phrasing your words. Teaching small children is a great repsonsibility that when given the tools can make it an amazing rewarding experience for both the child and the instuctor. Every child.
