Educational Experience

Virtual Congress will provide practical education that coaches, instructors, and program leaders can immediately apply in their gyms.

The 30 educational lectures will cover a broad range of topics, including skill progressions, drills and stations, class activities, lesson and curriculum development, child development, behavior and class management, athlete safety, communication, leadership, and professional growth.

Attendees can explore education focused on:

  • Preschool Gymnastics – Age-appropriate skills and progressions, creative stations and activities, motor development, parent-toddler programming, class management, safety, and strategies for working with young children.
  • School-Age Recreational Gymnastics – Practical drills, progressions, and teaching ideas for vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, tumbling, warm-ups, games, conditioning, and more.
  • Coach & Professional Development – Education focused on becoming a stronger instructor and leader, including communication, behavior management, creating positive learning environments, curriculum development, professionalism, leadership, and strategies for supporting athletes with different needs.

Whether attending live October 10–11 or viewing sessions during the following 30 days, attendees will gain practical ideas, activities, and coaching tools they can take directly from the lecture to the gym.
